1. Account Registration and Security
- Accurate Information: Users must provide true, accurate, valid, and legal documents (such as Aadhaar, PAN, etc.) during account creation and the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.
- Login Credentials: Your account username, password, and OTP are strictly confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. You will be held solely responsible for all activities and transactions that occur under your account.
2. Financial and Banking Services (AEPS, UPI Cash Point, Micro ATM)
- Legitimate Transactions: Users are strictly permitted to perform only legitimate and authorized financial transactions. If any suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected, the associated account will be blocked immediately without prior notice.
- Regulatory Compliance: All financial transactions are subject to the guidelines and rules issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI).
3. Flight Ticket Bookings and Travel Services
- Third-Party Terms: Flight ticket bookings are subject to availability and the specific terms of the respective airlines. Ticket cancellations and refunds will be processed strictly in accordance with the standard policies of the airline concerned.
4. Ayushman Bharat and Government Assisted Services
- Document Verification: Applications for government schemes (such as the Ayushman Bharat Scheme) are conducted purely as an assistance service based on the information provided by the user. Program eligibility and final approval rest entirely with the decision of the respective government departments.
5. E-commerce and Shopping Services
- Orders and Delivery: All orders placed on our e-commerce platform are subject to product availability. Product delivery, returns, and replacements will be managed according to our established 'Refund and Cancellation Policy'.
6. Data Protection and Privacy (Data Privacy & Deletion)
- Data Retention: To prevent cyber fraud, resolve chargeback disputes, and comply with mandatory financial and cyber laws (Cyber Laws & Financial Regulations) in India, user data and transaction logs will be securely retained for a minimum period of 5 to 10 years.
- Account Deletion: Due to strict security and verification protocols, users cannot delete or close their accounts directly from within the app. To request account deactivation or data erasure, users must contact our official Customer Care Office.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. In the event of any legal dispute, claim, or litigation, the exclusive jurisdiction shall lie solely within the courts of Motihari, East Champaran, Bihar.
